Hi,
David Hencke, writing in the Guardian's blog, doesn't seem too impressed
with the electoral pilots for Thursday:
Vote early, vote often
New registration and counting procedures to be used in this week's local
elections could be a disaster.

Is anyone who lives in a "pilot-area" planning to make use of a new
voting method on Thursday?
(excepting of course counting. You don't have any choice in that one)
