Dear all,



In the context of the European eParticipation study
(www.european-eparticipation.eu) we are now involved in gathering
eParticipation cases from around Europe. By cases, I mean real operational
cases that invite citizens and other stakeholders to participate in local,
regional, national, trans-national or European level eParticipation
initiatives.



Our intention is firstly to build a database of eParticipation cases and
then to report and analyse these cases by utilizing the eParticipation good
practice assessment framework developed for this purpose. The aim of this
exercise is to propose a means for identifying eParticipation good practice
and to build and diffuse a database of eParticipation cases. Hence, all
gathered cases will be candidates for diffusion after being fully documented
and elaborated with the help of the case owners.



If you are aware of an eParticipation case or even better if you participate
in such a case, please contact me. I am especially interested in gathering
the url and contact details for each case.

'Local democracy in the multi media age'. It is a publication (96 pages) of
the transnational evoice project in the framework of the Interreg IIIB North
Sea Region Programme as part of the European Regional Development Fund. The
manual explains the evoice multi media dialogue approach and features case
studies exploring best practices from the project pilots, and outlines the
