      <pre>I am interested in developing online democratic eCommunities. What I mean is
that the community exists only online. Suppose that there are 3 members. One
lives in the USA, one lives in Vietnam and the third lives in the International
Space Station. They are probably never going to meet eachother. Their objective
is to organize themselves online democratically. OK. So I'm willing to do this
and even get a forum of 20-50 people together. We will use a standard
constitution and self administer a training program in all aspects of
democratic arts.

Anybody interested?</pre>

      <pre>A couple thousand people is too many. Maybe you can recommend one or two people
who would like to organize a democratic community online? A community that only
exists online and has no geographical location and is democratically
administered by elected officers. This is what I was searching for with terms
like "e-democracy" and "online democracies". Nothing to do with offline. Only
online.</pre>
