Interested, but I'm not too sure how much time I'd have to

I am interested in developing online democratic eCommunities. What I mean is
that the community exists only online. Suppose that there are 3 members. One
lives in the USA, one lives in Vietnam and the third lives in the International
Space Station. They are probably never going to meet eachother. Their objective
is to organize themselves online democratically. OK. So I'm willing to do this
and even get a forum of 20-50 people together. We will use a standard
constitution and self administer a training program in all aspects of
democratic arts.

Anybody interested?

What's "Test E-mail"?

A couple thousand people is too many. Maybe you can recommend one or two people
who would like to organize a democratic community online? A community that only
exists online and has no geographical location and is democratically
administered by elected officers. This is what I was searching for with terms
like "e-democracy" and "online democracies". Nothing to do with offline. Only
online.

This site is not democratically run.  I've donated it and the time it took to
gather a couple thousand people as a public service.

questions I would like answered.

I thought that the name "democracies online" would lead me to people who would
like to organize democracies online. That is what I am looking to do. Now, of

Artie -why don't you loin the most relevant group for you and lurk on
this list to see what this is all about, if you are interested in the
subject.
If it is more the social angle you are looking for, the Internet is rich
with possibilities.

I need more info if I'm going to commit. The first thing I want to know is how
all the basic functions work. This is not like anything I've ever used before.
I know VBulletin and ProBoards and PhP2. But what is the name of this program
or software or whatever you call it?
