Good afternoon,
Thank you for any comments made on the methodology being used by the
Commission to evaluate electoral pilot schemes (including electronic
voting and electronic counting) at the forthcoming English local
elections on 3 May.
Further to this correspondence, the Commission is now seeking
information from a wide range of sources in order to inform our
evaluation and to ensure that our reports accurately reflect the issues
which have arisen during the course of these elections.
The Commission welcomes views on individual pilot schemes or views on
the innovations being piloted. There are two ways in which comments can
be provided to the Commission:
1. A questionnaire available on our website at
_http://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/elections/pilotsmay2007.cfm_.
b) By postal correspondence to: Electoral Pilot Schemes 2007, the
Electoral Commission, Trevelyan House, London SW1P 2HW; or by
e-mail: <email obscured>_
<email obscured>>.
Should you wish to discuss the evaluation process for a specific local
authority area, please do not hesitate to contact the appropriate
Commission representative:
