Here is some more context on Issues Forum before Tim's trip...

Have folks noticed the ICELE evaluation report from earlier in the year?  We
recently had a read (linked from the blog) and have highlighted response on our
blog:

The report also pointed out golden nuggets [that] deserve to be pulled out and
published in a more accessible format, so we've added our text that they
