Hi,
I'm reluctant to post updates on the digital divide, as it's a massive topic
that can swamp discussions about e-democracy, however I thought this was
interesting and worth sharing

Helen Milner (Managing Director, UK Online Centres) highlights the importance
of digital inclusion as she discusses a recent report from the UK Online
Centres which found that £2.6 billion can be saved by the British Economy if we
could bridge the digital divide.
