The purpose of ICTs for Democracy and Development is to foster knowledge exchange on the democratic, political, and social impacts of information and communication technologies in developing countries..

ICTs for Democracy and Development opened OPENS WITH 300 members and will run on an ongoing basis.

Participation Guidelines
