As an international forum open to all political persuasions, discussion of domestic politics of any one country is NOT allowed.

Participants must expressly request off-line responses from e-politics consultants and vendors otherwise promotional responses from those offering of fee-based service must be public.

All public and private forums hosted by Democracies Online seek to
make a positive contribution to democracy, good governance, and
citizen participation. Participants using a forum outside the
scope of their stated purpose may have their access to a forum
