Well, I guess I have been lurking here for long enough. My name is Fraser
Henderson and I am the centre manager at ICELE (www.icele.org). Previous to
this I was lead officer on eDemocracy pilots under the Local eDemocracy
National Project and continue my interest with a central role in ICELE.
My other interests are consumer electronics and computing, I write the
occasional article for Which? magazine (www.which.net) and like Belgin beer -
who wouldn't?
