Online Consultations, Dialogues, and E-Participation is an online group for for those involved with government, parliamentary and civic online consultations and events.

The purpose of Online Consultations, Dialogues, and E-Participation is to connect e-participation professionals for knowledge exchange.

Online Consultations, Dialogues, and E-Participation opened 1 January 2002 and will run on an ongoing basis.

Membership and Roles

Membership in Online Consultations, Dialogues, and E-Participation is open to practitioners and researchers in the field.

Participation Guidelines

Participants in Online Consultations, Dialogues, and E-Participation agree to:

A focus on the online consultation practices
Items related to research must be within the forum's scope - research items of a general nature belong in the Research Network online group
Announcements not related to the topic may result in your removal from the forum
contribute value publicly via forums and to not reply to other participants off-line with commercial solicitations (you must share value publicly so people come to you if you provide services)
follow the effective participation practices in the Participation Guide

All public and private forums hosted by Democracies Online seek to make a positive contribution to democracy, good governance, and citizen participation. Participants using a forum outside the scope of their stated purpose may have their access to a forum limited upon notification by a representative of Democracies Online.
